Our fares are non-refundable;

 

Changes and cancellations will be permitted if requested prior to your sailing’s scheduled departure time. No administration charges apply **.

 

Changes and cancellations can only be made via the booking office.  Office hours are 6.00am - 5.00pm 6 days per week. 6.00am- 7.00pm Fri night only and 6.30am- 5.00pm on Sunday's. Please telephone (07) 3488-9777 to change your sailing time – this must be done prior to scheduled departure;

 

When cancelling a booking, any balance will be held in credit to be used within 12 months from date of purchase.  All future bookings utilising such credit, can only be made via the booking office and at the applicable fare levels;

 

If you do not travel and do not notify us prior to the sailing’s scheduled departure time, you will forfeit the fare paid.
